Style Studio Terms & Conditions
- RI STYLE STUDIO (the ‘Service’) is available by appointment only at selected River Island stores.
- By using the Service, customers accept these terms and conditions.
- The Service is complimentary and there is no obligation to purchase any products.

- Booking line is open between 8am till 8pm, 7 days a week.
Appointments are subject to availability and River Island reserves the right to cancel, terminate or refuse an appointment in its sole discretion including for circumstances beyond its control.
- A maximum of 4 persons may attend any appointment. For larger groups please contact RI Style Studio by telephone +44(0) 344 334 0506.
- Appointments are available during store opening hours and are of 3 time durations – please ensure you select the appropriate period, otherwise you may need to arrange a subsequent appointment if time is insufficient.
- Cancellations should be notified no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment time by email or telephone (as above) and re-bookings may be made as in 4 above.
- Customers under age of 18yrs must be accompanied by an adult.
- River Island accepts no responsibility for personal belongings left at RI Style Studio.
- River Island’s usual sales and refund policies apply to any purchases.
- No warranties, express or implied, are provided by River Island for any information/opinion/advice/service provided in any manner by use of the Service.
- Personal information that may be collected from customers’ use of the Service will be treated confidentially and in accord with River Island’s privacy policy and its obligations as a registered data controller under the Data Protection Act 1998.
