How do I return an item/order?

You can return an item or order to any River Island store within 1 month. Just take your despatch note as proof of purchase and the debit/credit card used to pay for your order.

Alternatively UK customers can return an item/order for free within 14 days of receipt via the following returns options:

  • Local Post Office using the returns label attached to your despatch note; if you don’t have this please contact us (details below) and we will be happy to help.
  • Collect+
  • Doddle
  • Hermes ParcelShop
  • Contact us via Live Chat or call your Customers Services team on 0344 576 6444 to arrange a collection
