It’s been a long two years and the uncertainty and confusion around Brexit shows no sign of stopping. As the Brexit transition happens, our couriers tell us there’s a chance of some minor disruptions to deliveries and returns.
While these are out of our control, we’re working hard to make sure it doesn’t stop you from getting your RI fix! We’ll be updating our FAQs to keep you in the loop as much as possible, so bookmark this page and keep checking back.
Are you still delivering?
Yes, we are! Don’t worry, you can still get your RI fix.
Do I have to worry about extra taxes for orders delivered to the EU?
No, they’re on us! You can shop knowing that the price you see is the price you’ll pay - no nasty surprises here! We will sort out any import taxes or duties for you.
What if I have a return?
If you’re in Ireland, you can return to stores free of charge with an extra 14 days to return your item(s) from the date your local store re-opens. Please bear in mind that orders purchased in Northern Ireland stores can’t be returned to ROI stores and vice versa. If you’re in Ireland or anywhere else, you can carry on posting returns back to us in the UK via the method of your choice. There will likely be an international customs declaration form to complete when you take your parcel to your local postal service.
Will Click & Collect still be available?
Click & Collect is currently unavailable but will be back in Ireland and Sweden as soon as possible!
What else should I know?
Bear in mind that there may be some minor disruptions to deliveries and returns but unfortunately, these are out of our control. Be sure to check back here as we will be updating our FAQs if anything changes.
